A Watervliet school psychologist was charged with felony driving while intoxicated Tuesday afternoon just hours after she pleaded not guilty to allegedly shoplifting a six-pack of beer from a Saratoga Springs supermarket.
Cindy M. Diduro, 34, of Circular Street, Saratoga Springs, was arrested by Saratoga County Sheriff's deputies on Route 9 at 1:07 p.m. after a short chase up the road, deputies said.
A cellular telephone call from another driver on Route 9 about a purple Saturn driving erratically on the road led to the pursuit of Diduro, deputies said. Diduro struck a metal guard rail, then allegedly fled …
