NSW: Police charge man after fatal shooting
SYDNEY, Dec 14 AAP - Police today charged a man with murder over the shooting deathof a man in Sydney's south-west overnight.
The 58-year-old from Ruse, who was arrested early today, was also charged with intentto murder over the wounding of the dead man's brother.
He was refused bail and was to appear in Parramatta Local Court tomorrow, police said.
The two brothers, aged 22 and 20, were shot last night when approached by a gunmanas they were walking into their home in Ruse, police said.
The 22-year-old died at the scene from his wounds while his younger brother managedto crawl to a neighbour's house for help and was taken to Liverpool Hospital, where hewas in a stable condition today.
